Hostel Policy

The Kimberley Klub YHA has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arriving, a one night cancellation fee will apply. Same applies if the booking is a no show. No refunds or transfers are given, so please be sure you are certain of how long you would like to stay/pay for!

The Kimberley Klub YHA is a licensed facility, so all guests checking in will be required to present valid photo identification and a valid credit card. This also means that it is against the law to BYO alcohol into the hostel.

The Kimberley Klub YHA prides itself on being a Bed Bug Free Zone, so we ask everyone to leave all their linen/sleeping bags at home or stored at Reception. All sheets and pillows will be provided to you at check-in. Blankets are available for a small refundable deposit.
